"My house is my refuge" echoes the famous thought by the Mexican architect Luis Barragán as a concept it has become a guiding principle throughout my artistic practice; constantly fascinated by my immediate surroundings since childhood, I have experienced home not merely as a physical location but as an emotional space to which we share an invisible connection. This opens up questions of belonging that extend beyond physical space, as well as social perceptions regarding identity, inclusion, exclusion, and the spaces in between—the state of in-betweenness.

My work is a constant attempt to decode a language that does not yet exist working with color, composition, scale, and instability become central elements of my visual language and working process.
